SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

  1. Definitions<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    The terms used in these Terms and Conditions mean:<\/p>

    <\/p>

    <\/p>

    1.1. Seller \u2013 Matylda Agata Iwaszkiewicz, with its registered office at ul. Siennicka 24 c, 80-758 Gda\u0144sk, NIP 8792315544, email address: hello@matylda.com.pl<\/a>, phone: +48 661 301 073<\/p>

    1.2. Store \u2013 an online sales platform through which the Service Provider provides electronic services, including in particular the presentation of Products, placing orders, and concluding distance contracts, operated by the Seller at www.matylda.com.pl<\/a><\/p>

    1.3. Product \/ Goods \u2013 a movable item offered for sale by the Seller, being the subject of a Sales Contract between the Customer and the Seller.<\/p>

    1.4. Consumer \u2013 a natural person performing a legal act with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.<\/p>

    1.5. Entrepreneur with consumer rights \u2013 a natural person conducting a sole proprietorship who concludes a contract with another entrepreneur directly related to their business activity, but the contract does not have a professional nature for that person, in particular resulting from the scope of their business activity disclosed in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.<\/p>

    1.6. Customer \u2013 a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality to which specific regulations grant legal capacity, who intends to conclude or has concluded an agreement for the provision of electronic services or a Sales Contract.<\/p>

    1.7. Distance contract \u2013 a contract concluded with the Customer within an organized system of concluding distance contracts, via the Store, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication up to and including the moment of concluding the contract.<\/p>

    1.8. Terms and Conditions \u2013 these Terms and Conditions, available at https:\/\/matylda.com.pl\/regulamin\/<\/a><\/p>

    1.9. Sales Contract \u2013 a contract for the sale of a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.<\/p>

    1.10. Business day \u2013 a day of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.<\/p>

    1.11. Civil Code \u2013 the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended).<\/p>

    1.12. Act on the provision of electronic services \u2013 the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).<\/p>

    1.13. Force majeure \u2013 defined as an external event that is impossible to foresee (including a very low probability of its occurrence in a given situation) and impossible to prevent (not so much the phenomenon itself, but its consequences), in particular fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, epidemics, as well as general strikes, riots, military actions, terrorist acts, military coups. Also certain actions of state authorities, such as border blockades or the introduction of export or import bans.<\/p>

    1. General provisions<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      2.1. These Terms and Conditions specify, in particular, the rules and conditions for using the Store, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Store\u2019s Customers.<\/p>

      2.2. The Seller conducts sales via the Store at www.matylda.com.pl<\/a><\/p>

      2.3. The Seller conducts sales within Poland and internationally.<\/p>

      2.4. Customers may communicate with the Seller in writing, electronically, or by phone (contact details as in point 1.1.1 of these Terms and Conditions), while orders are placed by Customers in accordance with the procedure specified in point 5 of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

      1. Rules for Using the Store<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        3.1. Placing orders by the Customer for Products available in the Store\u2019s assortment is possible after providing the necessary personal and address data required to fulfill the order.<\/p>

        3.2. To use the Store, including browsing the assortment and placing orders for Products, it is necessary to meet the minimum technical requirements, such as:<\/p>
