I ensure the confidentiality of all data you provide, protect it against access by unauthorized persons, and take appropriate security and personal data protection measures required by personal data protection regulations.<\/p><ol><li>General Information<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>the right to access your data and receive a copy of it,<\/li><li>the right to rectify (correct) your data,<\/li><li>the right to erase data (if you believe there are no grounds for us to process your data, you may request that we delete it),<\/li><li>the right to restrict data processing (you may request that we limit data processing solely to storing it or carrying out activities agreed with you),<\/li><li>the right to object to data processing (you have the right to object to data processing based on legitimate interest; you should indicate a particular situation that, in your opinion, justifies our cessation of the processing covered by the objection. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we demonstrate that the grounds for processing your data override your rights, or that your data is necessary for us to establish, pursue, or defend claims),<\/li><li>the right to data portability (you have the right to receive from us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, the personal data you have provided to us based on a contract or your consent; you may request that we transfer this data directly to another entity),<\/li><li>the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (if you believe that we process data unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority).<\/li><\/ul><p>The rules related to the exercise of the above rights are described in detail in Articles 16\u201321 of the GDPR. Remember that you can also request information from me about what data I have about you and for what purposes I process it. All you need to do is send a message to <a href=\"mailto:hello@matylda.com.pl\">hello@matylda.com.pl<\/a><\/p><ul><li>Your personal data may be processed by entities whose services I use. They may have access to your personal data if the services they provide involve or may involve the processing of personal data, if they provide services related to such access. This includes in particular entities such as hosting providers, email service providers, entities providing technical support for the website, law firms, entities providing marketing services, accounting offices, cloud software providers, etc. Remember that your data is safe and processed only to the necessary extent. Moreover, if necessary, your personal data may be disclosed to entities, authorities, or institutions authorized to access data under the law, such as police and security services, courts, public prosecutors, as well as tax authorities to the extent necessary to fulfill tax, accounting, and settlement obligations.<\/li><li>I transfer your personal data to third countries in connection with the use of tools that store personal data on servers located in third countries, in particular in the USA. Providers of these tools ensure an adequate level of personal data protection through appropriate compliance mechanisms provided for by the GDPR or by using standard contractual clauses. The storage of personal data on servers located in third countries occurs as part of Google services (described in this privacy policy), provided by Google Ireland Limited.<\/li><li>I use tools that may take specific actions based on information collected through tracking mechanisms (profiling and behavioral advertising). However, I believe that these actions do not have a significant impact on you, as they do not differentiate your situation as a customer and do not affect the terms of the contract you may conclude with us.<\/li><li>I participate in the Trusted Reviews program of Ceneo. If, during the ordering process, you voluntarily consent to the transfer of your order-related data for the purpose of assessing your satisfaction with the purchase, your data will be shared with Ceneo.pl Sp. z o.o., which will then become the controller of your personal data. Purposes and activities of personal data processing<\/p><p>2.2. User account.<\/p><ul><li>Data processed: email address and password (providing data is voluntary, but necessary to create an account. When editing account data, you may provide additional information).<\/li><li>Purpose of processing: providing you with an electronic service consisting of enabling you to use a user account.<\/li><li>Processing period: You may delete your account at any time. If you choose to do so, your data will still be stored in the database so that I can identify you in the future as a returning user if you decide to use the website again as a registered user. In this respect, the legal basis for processing your personal data is my legitimate interest \u2013 Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.<\/li><li>Legal basis: a contract concluded under the terms described in the terms and conditions \u2013 Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.<\/li><\/ul><p>2.3. Orders.<\/p><ul><li>Data processed: data necessary to fulfill the order, i.e.: first and last name, billing address, company details, email address, phone number, tax identification number (NIP). (Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.)<\/li><li>Purpose of processing: performance of the contract concluded by placing an order, issuing an invoice and including it in accounting records, archival and statistical purposes, as well as direct marketing of own products and services.<\/li><li>Processing period: the time necessary to fulfill the order, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract.<\/li><li>After this period, the data may still be processed by me for archival and statistical purposes \u2013 e.g. to identify a returning customer, as well as for direct marketing of my own products and services until you object.<\/li><li>Legal basis: performance of the contract concluded by placing an order (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), issuing an invoice (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), including the invoice in accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), direct marketing of own products and services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), as well as for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).<\/li><li>Rights: In the case of order data, you do not have the possibility to rectify this data after the order has been completed. You also cannot object to the processing of data or request its deletion until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data or request the deletion of data contained in invoices. You may object to the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing of my own products and services.<\/li><\/ul><p>2.5. Abandoned cart recovery.<\/p><ul><li>Data processed: email address<\/li><li>Purpose of processing: enabling the completion of an order (for this purpose, your personal data collected by me in connection with you starting the ordering process is processed).<\/li><li>Processing period: You may object to the processing of your data for abandoned cart recovery purposes by clicking the link available in the message sent as part of the abandoned cart recovery process.<\/li><li>Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).<\/li><\/ul><p>2.6. Complaints and withdrawal from the contract.<\/p><ul><li>Data processed: first and last name, residential address, phone number, email address, bank account number. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to file a complaint or withdraw from the contract.<\/li><li>Purpose of processing: handling the complaint procedure or the withdrawal from the contract procedure.<\/li><li>Processing period: the time necessary to complete the complaint procedure or the withdrawal procedure. Complaints and statements of withdrawal from the contract may also be archived in order to demonstrate the course of the complaint or withdrawal process in the future.<\/li><li>Legal basis: for the purpose of handling the complaint procedure or withdrawal from the contract (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), and subsequently for archival purposes, which constitutes my legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).<\/li><li>Rights: In the case of data contained in complaints and statements of withdrawal from the contract, you do not have the possibility to rectify this data. You also cannot object to the processing of data or request its deletion until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract. After the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the concluded contract, you may, however, object to the processing of your data by me, as well as request the deletion of your data from the database.<\/li><\/ul><p>3. Cookies<\/p><p>3.1. Cookies and other tracking technologies. My website uses cookies.<\/p><p>Cookies are small text files stored on your end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone), which may be read by my IT system (first-party cookies) or by IT systems of third parties (third-party cookies). Some cookies I use are deleted after the end of your browser session, i.e. after it is closed (so-called session cookies). Other cookies are stored on your end device and enable me to recognize your browser upon your next visit to the website (persistent cookies).<\/p><p>3.2. Consent to cookies.<\/p><ul><li>During your first visit to the website, you are shown information about the use of cookies along with a request for your consent to use them.<\/li><li>You can always change your cookie settings in your browser or delete cookies altogether. Browsers manage cookie settings in different ways. In the help menu of your browser, you will find explanations on how to change cookie settings.<\/li><li>You can also manage cookie settings by installing special add-ons that allow control over cookies.<\/li><li>Disabling or limiting the use of cookies may cause difficulties in using my website, as well as many other websites that use cookies.<\/li><\/ul><p>3.3. Server logs.<\/p><ul><li>Using the website involves sending requests to the server where the website is stored. Each request sent to the server is recorded in server logs.<\/li><li>Logs include, among others, your IP address, server date and time, information about your web browser and operating system.<\/li><li>Logs are saved and stored on the server. The data stored in server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the website and is not used by me to identify you.<\/li><li>Server logs are only auxiliary material used for administering the website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server.<\/li><\/ul><p>3.4. Google Analytics.<\/p><ul><li>I use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC based in the USA.<\/li><li>The purpose is to create statistics and analyze them in order to optimize my website.<\/li><li>The collected data is personal data but does not allow your identification. The information I have access to within Google Analytics includes, in particular: information about the operating system and web browser you use, the subpages you view within my website, the time spent on my website and its subpages, and the source from which you access my website.<\/li><li>Within Google Analytics, I use Advertising Features such as demographic and interest reports, age range, gender, approximate location, and interests determined based on online activity.<\/li><li>In order to use Google Analytics, I have implemented a special Google Analytics tracking code in the code of my website. The tracking code uses cookies from Google LLC related to the Google Analytics service.<\/li><\/ul><p>3.5. Google Ads.<\/p><ul><li>I use the Google Ads advertising program operated by Google LLC.<\/li><li>The purpose is to run advertising campaigns, including remarketing, and the legal basis is my legitimate interest consisting in marketing my own products or services.<\/li><li>The collected data is personal data but does not allow your identification.<\/li><li>When you visit my website, a Google remarketing cookie is automatically left on your device, which, with the help of a pseudonymous identifier (ID) and based on the pages you visit, enables the display of interest-based advertisements.<\/li><li>Further processing of information takes place only if you have consented to Google linking your browsing and app usage history with your account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads displayed on websites.<\/li><li>If, in such a case, you are logged into Google while visiting my website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target audience lists for remarketing purposes across devices. For this purpose, Google temporarily combines collected information with Google Analytics data to create audiences.<\/li><li>In order to use Google Ads, I have implemented a special Google Ads conversion pixel in the code of my website. The pixel uses cookies from Google LLC related to the Google Ads service. From my website, using a cookie management mechanism, you can disable these cookies. You can manage ad settings directly on Google: <a href=\"https:\/\/adssettings.google.com\/\">https:\/\/adssettings.google.com\/<\/a>.<\/li><li>Details related to data processing within Google Ads can be found at: <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\">https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">3.6. Facebook Ads and Insights.<\/span><\/p><ul><li>I use marketing and analytics tools available within the Facebook service (Facebook Inc.).<\/li><li>The purpose is marketing of my own products or services, as well as analysis and statistics.<\/li><li>Within my website, I have implemented the Facebook Pixel, which automatically collects information about your use of my site in terms of viewed pages, in order to display advertisements tailored to your behavior on my website.<\/li><li>The information collected within the Facebook Pixel does not allow your identification. It only enables me to see what actions you have taken on my website. I can also check your age range, gender, and the location from which you connect to the Internet.<\/li><li>Details regarding Facebook\u2019s privacy policy can be found at: <a style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/privacy\/explanation\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/privacy\/explanation<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>3.7. Social media tools.<\/p><ul><li>My website uses plugins and other social media tools provided by social networking services such as Facebook and Instagram.<\/li><li>When you view my website containing such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the social media administrators (service providers).<\/li><li>The content of the plugin is transmitted by the given provider directly to your browser and integrated with the website. Thanks to this integration, providers receive information that your browser has displayed my website, even if you do not have a profile with the given provider or are not logged in. Such information (together with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the provider\u2019s server (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there. If you are logged into one of the social networks, the provider will be able to directly assign your visit to my website to your profile on that social network.<\/li><li>You can also completely prevent plugins from loading on the website by using appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g. script blockers.<\/li><li>Logging out of a given social network before visiting my website will prevent the data collected during your visit from being directly associated with your profile on that service.<\/li><li>If you use a given plugin, e.g. by clicking the \u201cLike\u201d or \u201cShare\u201d button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the provider\u2019s server and stored there.<\/li><li>The purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by providers, as well as contact options and your rights in this regard and the possibility of configuring settings to ensure your privacy, are described in the privacy policies of the respective providers. Facebook \u2013 <a style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/FB_Work_Privacy\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/legal\/FB_Work_Privacy<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">, Instagram \u2013 <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/help.instagram.com\/155833707900388\">https:\/\/help.instagram.com\/155833707900388<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>3.8. Google Tag Manager.<\/p><ul><li>I use the Google Tag Manager tool provided by Google LLC.<\/li><li>Google Tag Manager is used to manage website tags through an interface. With the help of Google Tag Manager, I control my advertising campaigns and the way you use my website.<\/li><li>Google Tag Manager only implements tags. Its use does not involve storing cookies or collecting personal data. This tool enables other tags to function, which in certain circumstances may collect data. However, Google Tag Manager itself does not access this data.<br \/>If the option to store cookies has been disabled at the domain or cookie level, this will apply to all tracking tags implemented via Google Tag Manager.<\/li><li>These activities are carried out based on my legitimate interest in marketing my own products or services and optimizing my website.<\/li><\/ul><p>3.9.
