SELLER\u2019S INSTRUCTIONS:<\/p>

  1. Only Customers who are Consumers, as well as entrepreneurs with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract, and such Customers are referred to in these instructions.<\/p><\/li>

  2. The cost of returning the Goods to the Seller is borne by the Customer. The goods should not be returned using the \u201ccash on delivery\u201d service. If the goods are returned to the Seller using the \u201ccash on delivery\u201d service, the Seller will deduct the cost incurred for collecting the shipment and subtract this amount from the refund due in connection with the withdrawal from the contract.<\/p><\/li>

  3. The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods. The scope of this liability is determined by comparing the value of a new product with the value of the returned product, calculated based on the degree of wear.<\/p><\/li>

  4. The Seller, no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the Customer\u2019s statement of withdrawal from the sales contract, shall refund all payments made by the Customer, including the cost of Delivery of the Goods to the Customer, subject to point 6 of these Instructions. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund of the Order value along with delivery costs until the Goods are returned or until proof of their return is provided, whichever occurs first.<\/p><\/li>

  5. The refund referred to above will be made using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction.<\/p><\/li>

  6. If the Customer exercising the right of withdrawal chose a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard Delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs incurred by the Customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
